Simply mail check with order to The Last Hurrah Bookshop or call to reserve your title(s). Phone orders are held for 7 days, pending receipt of check/money order. I also accept VISA/MasterCard. If mailing an unreserved order, please include an SASE for refund in item(s) are sold. All books are subject to prior sale. Books are returnable within 2 weeks of receipt. PA residents must include 6% sales tax with order. Non-US customers must send money order in US funds or a check in US funds drawn on a US bank IF NOT USING A CREDIT CARD.

- POSTAGE: For US customers, $3.75 for the first item, $1.00 for each additional item. Shipping is via USPS book rate. On orders over $100.00, I will pay the shipping via Book Rate.
- Due to recent increases at the Post Office, Priority Mail prices will now be determined by distance times weight.
